WholesaleLogoItems.com is an internet store. This store enables you, as a Marketing Affiliate, to receive a commission from all sales from visitors that you refer to us. Visitors include anyone who comes to the Internet Store by using a link from your web site to ours. To become a Marketing Affiliate, you must fill out an application via our web site. Upon acceptance:
1. We will provide you with a graphic and a link to display on your own website. The links will open a new browser window, from your site to ours. If the new browser window is closed, your site will still remain open. At your discretion, you can embed specific links into the text of your site to connect visitors to specific pages or products in the Wholesale Logo Items Store.
2. The responsibility for processing orders, payments and tracking the sales generated by your web site is ours. We will pay you a commission based on merchandise purchased by your Visitors on the Wholesale Logo Items Store. The commission fee is based on a 15% commission of retail prices, excluding amounts collected for taxes, duties, shipping, handling, charge backs and bad debt, and credits for returned goods.
3. You will have access to a password-protected secure web site to review your Visitors' order information and your Commission. Every purchase order entered on your site will be promptly e-mailed to both you and your Visitor as an e-mail confirmation. All of your orders are archived and available for your review on a daily, monthly and cumulative basis.
